Driver Leads Police On Thanksgiving Day Chase

A driver and passenger were both facing serious charges after going on a Thanksgiving Day joyride more than 40 miles over the speed limit.

A trooper in Marshall County, Kentucky tried to pull over a Camaro when it zipped by him, but the driver wouldn't stop.

The chase ended in Calloway County when the driver, identified as Jarru Cavitt, pulled over.

Officials said Cavitt was facing 13 charges, including drug possession, carrying a concealed weapon and littering.

A passenger identified as Tia Riley also faced drug charges.
