LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was saved by first responders after an early morning rollover crash on Interstate 24.
La Vergne Police responded to the crash around 6 a.m. Though the driver had run off, they found enough blood at the scene to believe he was seriously injured.
After a half-hour search, they found the driver on top of a bluff near the interstate. Fire crews helped rescue him using a ladder truck.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
