The Walmart Neighborhood Market in East Nashville will be closing its doors for good Thursday.
The store is one of five Tennessee locations Walmart officials have decided to close.
A total of 269 stores worldwide will shut down, but Walmart said nearly 95% of those are within ten miles of another Walmart.
They hoped associates would be placed in those nearby locations.
