The National Weather Service out of Paducah, Kentucky confirmed an EF-1 tornado touched down in Muhlenberg County.
Reports stated the tornado hit Saturday about 2.25 miles southwest of Bremen and traveled approximately 2.75 miles to the east.
The path was 300 yards wide, and the tornado had estimated peak winds around 90 miles per hour.
Officials said one barn was destroyed, two barns had major damage, and at least five others had minor damage.
Half a dozen homes lost shingles, and dozens of trees were uprooted or broken.
