NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An elderly married couple died in a crash in Belle Meade Tuesday.

Metro Police officials said 91-year-old Joseph Holloran and 89-year-old Mary Holloran were killed in the crash at the intersection of Harding Pike and Vaughns Gap Road.

Officials say 55-year-old Suzette Pink was east through the intersection in a Nissan Titan pickup truck when Joseph Holloran turned left in front of the truck.

Police say Pink was unable to avoid the crash, hitting the Hollorans' Nissan Frontier pickup. The couple was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where they died. Pink was treated for non-life threatening injuries. All involved were wearing their seatbelts.
