SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An electrical fire at Cascade Middle School in Bedford County forced the school’s closure Monday morning.
Bedford County Schools said in a Facebook post that students, teachers, and staff are not to report to school today.
Officials said the fire started in the cafeteria. However, the extent of the damage was unclear.
The school district said it would release more information later today. All other Cascade schools are open.
