NASHVILLE, Tenn. - More than 70 companies showed up to Lipscomb University for the NewsChannel 5 Career Expo.
Businesses like H&R Block, Verizon, Omni Hotels, and Gaylord Opryland Entertainment were on hand to meet with jobseekers.
The 7th annual career fair gave employers and potential employees the chance to network, share information, and apply for jobs in a variety of fields.
"Actually a lot of positions in IT, there are different positions for customer service based jobs, hospitality industry related jobs, so it's very diverse out here," said Adam Anderson, a job seeker.
The yearly career expo was a joint effort between Lipscomb University, the Nashville Chamber, and NewsChannel 5.
