NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Cookeville Police officials have issued and Endangered Child Alert for 14-year-old Lukas Javier Perez.
Police say he was last seen in Cookeville on June 24.
He has a medical condition and is believed to be without his medication.
Officials believe he may be in Bluff City area. Anyone with information was asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
