They were believed to be with their noncustodial parents, 27-year-old Cody Beneke and 27-year-old Danielle Beneke. TBI agents said they are both in custody.
A court granted emergency custody of the children to the State. Cody and Danielle both had outstanding warrants and violent criminal histories.
Officials with the Cheatham County Sheriff's Office said the children were found at the family residence around 8 a.m.
