Two children reported missing from Cheatham County have been found safe after an Endangered Child Alert was issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

The TBI tweeted Wednesday morning that 4-year-old Lillyanna Beneke and 2-year-old Ryder Beneke have been found safe.

They were believed to be with their noncustodial parents, 27-year-old Cody Beneke and 27-year-old Danielle Beneke. TBI agents said they are both in custody.

A court granted emergency custody of the children to the State. Cody and Danielle both had outstanding warrants and violent criminal histories.

Officials with the Cheatham County Sheriff's Office said the children were found at the family residence around 8 a.m.
