Endangered Child Alert Issued For Missing 4-Year-Old

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a 4-year-old who’s been missing from Dickson.

Authorities said they’re searching for Kalynn Turnbow. She was described as standing 3’5’’ tall and weighing approximately 30 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Reports stated Kalynn was with her father, 44-year-old Jason Bradford, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on April 4, according to the TBI. She was being treated for a broken leg.

Officials said Kalynn is paralyzed from the waist down and requires assistance.

Family members told NewsChannel 5 she was seen within the last week and has only been missing for a few days.

Bradford was described as standing around 6'1'' tall and weighing approximately 198 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
