The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Child Alert for a missing 16-year-old.
Shayna Bumbalough was reported missing from Sparta.
She was described as being 5'5" tall, weighing 120 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen June 26 around 10:48 p.m. wearing black leggings, white tank top, gray hoodie and a Fox backpack.
Shayna has possibly been involved in a motor vehicle accident and may need medical attention.
