An Endangered Child Alert has been canceled after a three-year-old East Tennessee boy was found safe.
Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Erik Monty was last seen late Wednesday night at a residence in Oakdale, located in Morgan County.
Investigators said Monty was believed to be with a 24-year-old white male, who is a recent boyfriend of his mother. The TBI said Thursday morning that he'd been found safe.
No additional details were immediately released.
