GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — An Endangered Child Alert in East Tennessee has been canceled after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a missing 3-year-old girl was found safe. Her grandmother was taken into custody.
Officials say Zella Linklater was last seen Thursday afternoon near Bumblebee Lane in Chuckney, Tennessee. The TBI says the Greene County Sheriff’s Office has charged Zella’s grandmother, Belinda Wilson, with custodial interference and child neglect/endangerment.
The TBI said Friday afternoon that both had been found in the woods.
