Endangered Child Runaway Alert Issued For Teen

Summer County sheriff’s deputies have issued an Endangered Child Runaway Alert for a 16-year-old girl believed to be with adults with violent criminal histories.

Officials said Jade Kailee Mullen went missing from her home in Sumner County on April 26. She was described as weighting 195, 5’6” tall and was last seen wearing black pants, a black t-shirt and white tennis shoes.

Her father reported her missing to the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office on April 29.

Jade was believed to be with three adults, Ricky Dale Smith, Derrick Evans and Diana West.

Officials said Smith and Evans both have a violent criminal history, and Diana West has previous convictions of promoting prostitution.

Prior to Jade being reported missing, they were stopped in Pelham Alabama by police. They were last believed to be in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area.
