NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Hundreds of first responders will gather at Nissan Stadium on Thursday to make sure they are prepared in the event of a terrorist attack.

During the drill, a wide rage of tactics will be demonstrated that could cause explosions, sirens and possibly smoke. Do not be alarmed if you see or hear this if you're near the stadium on November 7.

The training will begin around 9 a.m. when 500 military and first responders will practice dealing with chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear attacks.

Nashville was named by Forbes magazine as one of the ten fastest growing cities in the U.S. This imposes challenges on a cities hazmat and counter terrorism planning.

The mock terrorist attack will showcase how well-prepared Nashville is for an attack.

If you're traveling around Nissan Stadium, be careful and pay attention.
