Fayetteville Murder Suspect Added To Most Wanted List

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Fayetteville game room has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Most Wanted list.

Officials said 19-year-old Carlton Caruth was found dead from a gunshot wound just after 1 a.m. Sunday.

A criminal homicide warrant was later issued for 29-year-old Michael Domonic Sales of Bedford County. The Shelbyville man was added to the TBI’s Most Wanted list on Tuesday.

Sales was described as a black male standing 5-feet 8-inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds with gold teeth. He was last seen in a silver Chrysler 300.

TBI officials said Sales should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information was urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). A $1,000 reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest.
