Crews in Robertson county have been on the scene of a large fire that has destroyed a couple abandoned buildings.
Officials said the fire began as a 3-acre fire in between the areas of South Mt. Pleasant Road and I-65 and Bethel Road around 7 p.m.
The flames reached as tall as 20-feet high in the woods, and destroyed two to three abandoned buildings in the area.
A total of six fire departments responded to the scene. No injuries have been reported.
