NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The state Fire Marshal's Office has filed a complaint against Pyro Shows, Inc. over a fire that broke out during Sunday's Tennessee Titans game.
According to the Titans, one of the pyrotechnic devices had a mechanical failure and burst into flames after the Titans ran onto the field.
The field staff was able to put it out quickly and there was minimal damage to the field.
A copy of the complaint will be sent to the licensee who will have several days to respond.
A recommendation for disciplinary action, if lawful and necessary, will be made once the respondent's response is received by the division and reviewed.
