NASHVILLE, Tenn. - People across the nation have been paying honor to those killed in the September 11th attacks. That has included some of Nashville's finest.

Members of the Nashville Fire Department hit the ice for a memorial game with the organization "Hockey Saves."

"Hockey Saves" has helped service members struggling with PTSD.

They have been giving them free time on the ice to relax and forget their worries for a while.

"We are all sharing the same thing,” said Scott Wrenn, a Nashville firefighter. “Both police, fire, EMS personnel, military -- we are all dealing with it in some way, fashion, or form. If you've been in this job for any period of time, you're going to deal with some stressful situations. Obviously with them being in combat situations, being deployed multiple times, they're going to be dealing with it also"
