The set up for the Music City Food and Wine Festival got underway as chefs and restaurants set up their tents.
The festival will range from whiskey to hot chicken, and will be the perfect way to experience food and spirits from the best players in the culinary world.
Chefs from all over the country will be there for demos and tastings to talent with local ties like the founder of Adele's and Baja Sexto -- Jonathan Waxman.
He said Nashville's good music and good food are the perfect pair.
The festival runs through the weekend at BiCentennial Park, and a lot of new things are planned this year.
Saturday and Sunday day tickets are still available.
