A former high-school band director in trouble for drug charges was also indicted on child porn.
Marin McFarlane was charged for allegedly distributing and having child porn.
McFarlane, a former Tullahoma band director, will be in court next month.
He resigned from his position as the band director at Tullahoma High School back in May when police arrested him on drug charges.
The 31-year-old said he's innocent.
