DANVILLE, Ky. - A former Kentucky preacher accused of killing three people has been found competent to stand trial.

Authorities said Kenneth Keith is facing three counts of murder in the deadly shooting inside a Danville pawn shop back in 2013.

The competency hearing was delayed several times because of changes with Keith's legal team.

A status hearing was set for September.

He could face the death penalty if he is convicted.
