NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One of the most iconic and critically-acclaimed films of the 90s is heading back to theaters.
“Forrest Gump” turns 25 this year and to celebrate the milestone, Fathom Events is showing the film on June 23 and June 25 across the country.
The two-day event includes showings at three theaters in Nashville: Regal Hollywood 27, Regal Green Hills, and Regal Opry Mills Plus Imax. To find a location nearest you, click here.
The film won six Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actor (Tom Hanks), when it was released in 1994.
