A Franklin County inmate has been captured after walking away from work detail.
According to Chris Guess with the Sheriff's Office, 39-year-old Johnny Willoughby was serving time for a probation violation when he walked away.
The crew was working on UTSI Road near the University of Tennessee Space Institute in Tullahoma.
Sheriff’s officials said he was taken into custody at 8 p.m. Thursday. Additional details were not available.
