FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — The City of Franklin is hosting its Christmas drive through at the park this weekend.
On Friday and Saturday, the Franklin Parks Department will host a Christmas drive-through at Eastern Flank Park. Families can pile in the car and drive through the park to see Christmas lights and characters.
In an effort to keep residents safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic, city officials announced multiple socially distanced events to celebrate the holidays. Read more here.
A new addition to the holiday festivities is a drive-by visit from Santa Claus on his sleigh escorted by the Franklin Fire Department. Neighborhoods can request a visit from Jolly Saint Nick by filling out an online application.
Applications will be reviewed and assigned a Saturday beginning in late November through December 19. The deadline to apply will be November 1. Click here, for more information about Franklin's holiday events.
