FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Franklin Police officials are searching for two men responsible for an attempted carjacking at the Dwell at McEwen apartments Sunday night.
Around 11:45 p.m., two men approached the victim, demanding that he get out of his vehicle, police officials said in a press release. The victim began backing up his car to get away, but that's when one of the men shot into the car. The victim was not hit.
The suspects fled in a white 4-door car.
Police are asking any apartment residents who may have seen something or have personal home surveillance cameras with exterior views to contact Franklin Police.
