FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Franklin Police officials released a sketch of a man who allegedly grabbed a woman inappropriately at the park.
Detectives asked for the public's help identifying the suspect.
A woman said a light-skinned black male with a thin, scraggly beard, grabbed her buttocks July 5 just after 8:30 a.m. at Aspen grove Park.
