Franklin Police searching for burglary, assault suspect

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WTVF) — Franklin Police officials are searching for a man wanted on aggravated burglary and domestic assault charges.

A $1,000 cash reward was offered for information leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Anwar Hayes.

Police say Hayes kicked in the back door of his ex-girlfriend's home on Aug. 30 while she and her children were inside.

He's been charged with aggravated burglary, domestic assault and vandalism.
