Free drive-thru food pantry to be held on TSU campus this weekend

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A free drive-thru pantry will be held at Tennessee State University on Saturday morning.

Hosted by One Generation Away, the group plans to give out 30,000 pound of food on a first-come first-serve basis.

Those who will receive food will remain in their vehicles.

One Generation Away said there will be nonperishable food items and fresh fruits and vegetables.

The distribution will begin between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
