Fundraiser This Christmas Helps Children With Cancer

Posted

A now annual fundraiser in Nashville will help make the holidays a little brighter for children in the hospital on Christmas morning.

The Bows and BallCaps Breakfast with Santa was held Saturday morning at the Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club.

Bows and BallCaps, a non-profit founded by Hannah Grubbs, has been helping kids fighting cancer, especially those who lose their hair.

Grubbs has an auto-immune disease that causes baldness. Throughout the year, the organization has been collecting and distributing bows and ball caps to children losing their hair.

Toys gathered Saturday will go to the Santa Shop at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
