Funeral services were held for well-known Wilson County business owner Hale Moss.
Moss died unexpectedly last week. An estimated more than 500 people attended the Monday's service.
He was the owner of Moss Florist in Mount Juliet and the president of the Wilson County Fair.
He's been the president almost every year since 1979, and helped make it one of the most popular fairs in Tennessee.
After the service, Moss' casket was placed on a mule-drawn carriage for a ride around the fairgrounds, at which the hundreds of people stood along the way to honor him.
