CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - The final Chattanooga shooting victim was laid to rest Tuesday at the National Cemetery there.
U-S Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Scott Smith was buried with full military honors.
He was one of five military members killed earlier this month after a lone gunman opened fire.
Representative Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN), has introduced a bill in Congress hoping to reward Smith , along with the four Marines killed, with a posthumous Purple Heart medal.
Smith was 26-years-old.
