NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Family and friends said goodbye to a country legend.

Lynn Anderson died Friday at the age of 67.

After Wednesday's funeral service, Anderson's family released six white doves, honoring her spirit.

“She's just been a blessing for so many people, it's just a shock,” said Irlene Mandrell, a friend. “She seemed so great, so perfect. It's getting to be a lot of bad surprises like that, over the years.”

Her casket was covered in the roses Anderson became known for after her hit "Rose Garden," which for years was the top grossing song by a female country artist.
