The Germantown Inn has gotten a major makeover, making it the first hotel in the historic neighborhood.
The inn has six bedrooms and red brick and tall ceilings can be found inside.
Outside, is a courtyard and a private rooftop terrace with downtown and neighborhood views.
Developers said with the growing popularity of Nashville as a top tourist destination, the hotel was a perfect addition.
"We're just a few blocks from the central urban core; so we're looking forward to peple finding out about us and experiencing the ability to walk whether it's a ball game at First Tennessee Park, a Titans football game or to go enjoy the bars down on 2nd Avenue or Broadway," said Jim Creason.
The Germantown Inn Boutique Hotel opens for business Thurs., Dec. 15.
