News Channel 5’s Tuwanda Coleman spoke with the women behind the Thistle Farms Enterprises in Tuesday’s, December 8, Giving Back segment.
"Magadelene House" was founded 18 years ago by Reverend Becca Stevens as a way to get women off the streets and out of jails. From that non-profit, Thistle Farms Enterprises was born.
It keeps women off the streets and out of jail, and saves the community more than $700,000 each year.
