The Grand Ole Opry put on a star-studded show to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the USO.

Some of Nashville’s biggest country starts paid tribute to the nation’s veterans at Tuesday night’s show.

Trace Adkins, Charlie Daniels, and the Oak Ridge Boys were just a few of the performers.

Yet the most important guests of the night were U.S. veterans who were able walk down the red carpet.

The USO has partnered with the country music industry since way back in the early 1940's when Gene Autry toured with a group of USO performers.
