NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Granger Smith and his wife, Amber, are thanking everyone for the outpouring of support following the drowning death of their son, River.

River passed away two weeks ago in a drowning accident at home. The Smiths posted a YouTube video on Wednesday, thanking everyone for their support. (Watch below)

“We are going to search for every bit of good that we can find in this situation…,” Granger Smith said. “We’re going to constantly search ways that good will come out of this.”

The Smiths say more than $100,000 has been raised from t-shirt sales – all of which will be donated to Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, Texas, where River was treated.
