BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – A groundbreaking was held Tuesday for the new Hill Center Brentwood development at Franklin Road and Maryland Way.
The development will feature office space, retail and restaurants.
Brentwood city officials approved plans for the Hill Center last July.
Construction on the entrance and a new traffic light is expected to begin this summer.
The project is scheduled to open in October of 2016.
