A HAZMAT team has responded to an unknown substance found outside a building in Nashville.
Police and fire crews have taped off an area outside the One Nashville building at the corner of 4th Avenue and Commerce Street.
Brian Haas with the Nashville Fire Department said crews were responding to a "white powder incident."
It was discovered just before 3 p.m. Monday.
