A status hearing was held in the case of three men charged with killing a 20-year-old nursing student in rural Tennessee.
Lawyers for the men were scheduled to appear before Judge C. Creed McGinley in Decaturville on Wednesday.
Jason Autry and brothers Zachary Adams and John Dylan Adams were each charged with the kidnapping, rape and murder of Holly Bobo.
An attorney for Zach Adams requested that the judge recuse himself; however, McGinley said "there is unequivocally no conflict of interest in this case."
Lawyers for Autry said he would not be needing a trial date - indicating he may have taken a plea deal, as NewsChannel 5 reported Monday.
Bobo was 20 when she disappeared from her home in Parsons in April 2011. Two men found her skull in a wooded area in Decatur County in September 2014.
