Hendersonville man arrested after tobacco store break-in

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Hendersonville man has been arrested following a break-in at a tobacco store Wednesday, Hendersonville police said.

Patrol officers received a burglar alarm call from American Discount Tobacco, located on the 600 block of West Main Street. When officers arrived, they found that a window had been broken.

In the store, officers found Timothy Lamont Davis, 56. With cigarettes and energy drinks he had just stolen from the store, Davis was taken into custody.

Davis was taken to the Sumner County jail and charged with burglary, theft of property and vandalism. His bond was set at $3,500.
