Hendersonville Man Arrested For Felony Theft

A 32-year-old has been arrested by officers with the Hendersonville Police Department for felony theft.

Reports stated property was stolen from a home on Hepplewhite Drive on June 24 in Hendersonville.

As a result, a felony theft warrant was issued for James Daye. He was taken into custody on Friday by officers with the Hendersonville FLEX Team.

Daye was being held in the Sumner County Jail pending a court date on August 22.
