HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Hendersonville man was arrested and charged with child rape Friday.
Hendersonville Police say they received a report about inappropriate activity between 36-year-old Graham Hart and a child. After their investigation, they learned that sexual activity occurred between Hart and an 8-year-old.

Detectives obtained a warrant charging Hart with one count of Aggravated Rape of a Child. And they arrested him on Friday. He is being held in the Sumner County Jail. The court date and bond amount have not yet been assigned at the time of this release.
