HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man is facing a number of charges after Hendersonville Police arrested him on multiple outstanding warrants.
Nicholas "Nick" Carter, 22 is in custody and faces three separate Aggravated Burglary charges that stem from burglaries that occurred at multiple residences where firearms were stolen.
Along with the burglary charges, Carter faces a number of charges including 5 counts of Theft under $1,000, 2 counts of Forgery under $1,000, and Domestic Assault.
Carter is scheduled to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on March, 13, 2019.
