Hendersonville police: One man, three teens arrested in drug deal turned robbery

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — One man and three teens were arrested overnight after police say they were involved in a robbery during a drug deal. Hendersonville police said the accused robbers and the victims were all arrested.

According to police, 42-year-old Adam Brizendine and a 16-year-old boy reported being robbed at gunpoint by two unknown people on Monday night at the Monthaven Park Apartments.

Through an investigation, officers learned the robbery happened during an alleged drug deal. Police were able to locate the robbery suspects, a 16-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy, who were each charged with aggravated robbery and simple possession of a Schedule 6 drug.

The robbery victims were also arrested and charged with false reporting and simple possession of a Schedule 6 drug. Brizendine was additionally charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple possession of a Schedule 3 drug and simple possession of a Schedule 4 drug.
