Officials with the Hendersonville Police Department have asked for the public’s help in locating a robbery suspect that stole from a Sherwin Williams store.
It happened at the Sherwin Williams on West Main Street around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The store clerk told police the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded the cash from the register.
The suspect allegedly then told the clerk to go into a back room and wait a while before contacting police.
The suspect was described as an older white male, approximately 5’11 to 6’0 tall weighing 180 to 210 pounds.
He was wearing a blue hoodie and work jeans with some type of bandage wrapping around his face.
A silver mid-sized vehicle was seen leaving the store parking around the time of the robbery.
