SPRING HILL, Tenn. (WTVF) — The southbound lanes of Interstate 65 have been closed Friday morning due to a high-speed crash in Spring Hill.
Tennessee Highway Patrol officials said the crash happened around 9 a.m. just south of Interstate 840 near mile marker 57.
A vehicle traveling 100 mph northbound in the southbound lanes crashed with a semi truck, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office said. The driver of the vehicle has active warrants out of the county.
Only minor injuries have been reported.
Cleanup crews are on scene cleaning up a fuel spill from the crash, causing the southbound lanes to be shut down. The northbound shoulder is also blocked.
THP expects the interstate to reopen around 3 p.m.
