Officials in Franklin County have confirmed a body found in the Spring Creek/UTSI Road area has been under investigation as a homicide.
The body was found on Thursday, October 26. Authorities with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office identified the man as 33-year-old David E. Steele, of Tullahoma.
The sheriff's office, along with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Tullahoma Police Department, have been investigating the case as a homicide.
