WINCHESTER, Tenn. – Human remains have been discovered near Tim Fords Lake in Franklin County.
Sources have confirmed to NewsChannel 5 that the body was found Friday by a man who was cleaning his yard at the edge of the lake.
Officials on the scene said it didn’t immediately appear that the man had drowned.
Authorities were working to notify the person’s family.
No additional details were known at this time.
