A crash in Humphreys County killed an 11-year-old child and injured two others.
The crash happened just after 4 p.m. Monday on Interstate 40 West at Mile Marker 139.
A preliminary report stated that the driver by 39 year old Marketa Blazkova Mamiaro left control of the SUV when a tire blew out.
The vehicle left the road, hit an embankment, rolled over, hit a tree and rolled over a second time causing the right rear passenger to be ejected. The vehicle then rolled over a third time, hitting another tree and came to rest right side up in the ditch.
Mamiaro and a 15-year-old juvenile were taken to local hospitals.
The report said the 11-year-old was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The right lane of I-40 was blocked for about two hours while crews cleared the scene.
